You can choose any of our items and pop them on your wishlist via our wesbite or you can simply make a note of the items you require and visit us instore to choose your items. We can prepare the items for you for a SAME DAY COLLECTION providing it is not too late in the day. Our usual cut off time is 3pm to prepare all orders.
If however we cannot prepare your order or the order is not ready it will be prepared for the next day for you to collect.
How does it work when I have decided what i want?
Simply select the items you would like to purchase from our website. Visit us at our West London Showroom in Slough where you can view 1000's of products all in stock for collection.
Where do i park to get to the showroom?
You can park in the Queensmere shopping Centre which is easily accesible to our showroom within minutes
Can i bring my van or large vehicle when to collect my goods?
Yes we have dedicated loading area within our Queensmere Shopping Centre where you can park you larger vans/vehicles to collect your items. We can assist you in loading your vehicle for your items purchased.
Do i need an appointment?
No you do not, you can simply visit us from Monday - Saturday upto 5pm as we have our sales team on hand to answer any questions. You can call us to ask about in stock items if you are travelling from long distance to ensure your items will be ready on the day.
How do i pay for my goods?
Once you have selected your goods you can simply pay at our checkout with any debit/credit card payment or cash upto £1000.

Do you have a ‘Returns Policy’ for collections?
If for any reason you have changed your mind about any item that you have collected from our store we will only be able to exchange the item for you or issue you a credit note for that amount.
We do not offer refunds on any of our collections and items are classed as sold as seen. If an item is boxed up and classed as defective we are able to replace the item if it is available on the day. if it is not then we can order this in subject to stock availability.
